精神控制（英語：Mind control）又稱心靈控制或心智控制，在科學上是一個並未得到透徹研究的學門，但常出現於大眾文化中，如陰謀論、科幻與奇幻作品、電腦遊戲，或是魔術表演。過去的科學家曾經利用植入大腦的晶片對動物腦部進行電刺激，進而引發這些動物的某些行為或情緒，這類技術後來主要用於治療疾病^[1]。
